Ravishing beauty Rashmika Mandanna looks slim and cute always. But there are some serious workout routines behind her perfect look. She recently shared a video of her first beach workout. With perfect scenery in front of her, Rashmika is completely energized and did some tough exercises.
She wrote, "This is actually one of the very first times I've worked out on the beach and let me tell you it was exhausting but omg can get so addictive.. the sound of the waves ..the smell of the ocean .. and watching the sunset .. the sand against my feet.. it was beautifulâ¦"
Dressed in a black short and sleeveless top, Rashmika started with a warm-up of 1 unbalance farmers carry and followed it with 2 sprints with lateral shuffles. Then she did various workouts like 30 banded lateral squats, 2 Power jacks for 45 seconds, snatch to reverse lunge (10 each), banded high knees for 45 seconds, 30 kettlebell swings, plank jacks for another 45 seconds.
On the work front, she is currently focused on Allu Arjun and Sukumar's 'Pushpa' where she plays a village girl's role. Her Kannada film 'Pogaru' is also ready for release.
