It is quite common for big movies to have some changes in the technical team by the time they start production or in the middle of the production or while coming to the end. Even for any kind of a film, if director or producer are unhappy with the output they could change the person and bring in a new one at any point of time. Now, Chiranjeevi's most prestigious film, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is getting ready to go on sets from October.

At this juncture, we see some changes in the scripts or cast and crew as in the last moment few might not be able adjust the required dates. Ravi Varman one of the most talented and highly rated cameramen from India has been drafted in to for the movie. But at the last moment, Ravi Varman pulled out. He previously worked for movies like Aparichitudu, Cheliyaa and many more.

As the cinematographer had few prior commitments clashing with the dates, he decided to walk out. Immediately, Ram Charan gave the job to his Rangasthalam Cinematographer, Ratnavelu. Ratnavelu has been a friend of Sukumar and also worked for prestigious projects like Robo earlier. He is the DOP of previous Megastar Chiranjeevi's film, Khaidi No.150 too. As he enjoyed working with the star, he immediately accepted the offer and started his part of ground work it seems.
