Sai Dharam Tej starrer Solo Brathuke So Better was released on big screens on December 25 while several filmmakers are still not daring to release their films in cinemas.
Initially, the trade pandits thought the audience may not receive the film like before in view of the pandemic. But, the SBSB has given the trade a hope as it has crossed 10 crores mark since the release.
The movie team held a Thanksgiving meet on Tuesday to thank the audience for making the film a success. Director-producer and actor R Narayanamurthy was the chief guest at the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Sai Dharam Tej got emotional and said that they faced a lot of problems before the movie was released. There were all sorts of difficulties in getting the film released in theatres. At a stage, they feared that they will release the film or not. He also said that the experience that theatre gives to any film actor or director cannot be described in words.
Debutant Subbu has directed the film and veteran producer BVSN Prasad has bankrolled it. Nabha Natesh is the female lead.
