Mega family hero Sai Dharam Tej is known for his energetic screen presence, dancing skills.  Teju came up with his latest film 'Jawaan' yesterday and the movie opened to positive reviews.  Teju is busy with the promotions of the film.  He revealed several interesting things during one of the promotional interviews with senior filmmaker Tammareddy Bharadwaja.

Speaking about his film debut he revealed that he never thought of entering films but it happened unexpectedly.  He said "I completed my MBA. I just wanted to have the first-hand experience of the office environment.  So, I went to my friend's office for two days.  That's it. I understood that 9-5 job is not my cup of tea.  Then I was confused what to do next.  I suffered from fever for two days at that time.  I didn't come out of the room.  My mother was so worried about me that she started thinking whether I was doing drugs, having drinks, smoking cigarettes etc."

"Then I decided to try something different in my life. So I have chosen films. There are 200 heroes in the country. If I become one of them, I would be lucky.  Not that I have the family background. No one watches our films because we have of background."

Speaking about his debut film 'Rey', he said that "My first film 'Rey' shooting stalled abruptly.  The shooting resumed later. When the movie shoot is about to complete in ten days, Srihari garu passed away. He played a crucial role in the film. Many people called me iron leg at that time."

When he was asked to respond to the vulgar comments made by an MP regarding film industry, Teju said that "I feel so happy.  Because they are talking something about our industry, our people."  Continuing the topic Teju said that "There is no need to talk controversially when someone talks ill of our industry.  His comments are meaningless. Why should we react?"

Finally talking about his star uncles, Teju said that "Chiru uncle took care of my career particularly my studies. When I wanted to enter films, I shared it with Pawan uncle.  He gave me valuable suggestions like where should I get training etc."
