Rangasthalam has become a massive blockbuster and it is the third highest grosser after Baahubali series in Telugu Cinema and bigger hit than Magadheera for Ram Charan Tej.
The actor and other cast & crew are happy about the success and Samantha Akkineni who acted as Ramalakshmi in the movie participated in the success meet too.
She told about how it was difficult for them to shoot for the movie. She said, "In scorching heat, we had to shoot many scenes with out wearing slippers even.
"I never did shoot in such hot sunny climate but as the film requires it, I did it. Even the local people used to say, we cannot come out in such heat, how are you people doing so? As the cast and crew highly helpful, I could pull it off," shared Samantha
She also revealed, "It was difficult to move on a cycle in those areas. I couldn't peddle properly in my costume, langa voni (half-saree). I used ask direction team to push me and say, let's see what happens."
Later she said that she will not be a part of Rangasthalam-2, if Sukumar ever plans it. She said, "Rangasthalam is a magic, we cannot repeat it again and again."
