Scoring a blockbuster with debut film sure is a tough task. But one such director who proved that it is not impossible with his talent is Sandeep Vanga. His first film Arjun Reddy starring Vijay Deverakonda became a blockbuster. After this, the fans started waiting for the announcement of Sandeep's upcoming film. Rumours erupted that the director is going to helm a project starring Mahesh Babu.
The rumours turned true when the official announcement came out. Interestingly, not Sandeep but Mahesh is the one who announced the project. Earlier Mahesh stated that he is going to do a movie under the direction of Sandeep but gave no clarity about when the shooting will go on floors. Now, Sandeep responded on this matter. The director is currently busy helming the Hindi remake of Arjun Reddy with Shahid Kapoor. As soon as he completes the shooting of this film, movie with Mahesh will go on floors. Sandeep and Mahesh are planning to complete the movie in 6 months and make it as a 2019 summer release. Sandeep himself revealed this news. He stated that he met Mahesh a few days ago and discussed some ideas.
He added that he will develop the script after completing 'Arjun Reddy' remake. Meanwhile, Mahesh will complete the movie under the direction of Vamsi Paidipally. Mahesh is also supposed to do a movie with Sukumar. But if Sandeep completes the script before Sukku, then he can start the shooting. Let's see which movie will go on sets first.
