Star Hero becomes RJ in Jail

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is all set for a new role at Pune's Yerawada Central Prison. Jail Authorities have chosen this Celebrity as one of the two RJs for Radio Station launched in the prison in November last year.

Usually, Sanjay Dutt speaks in Hindi while being on the Radio. Sometimes, He even uses Marathi words. In fact, He even pens the script for the programme in coordination with other inmates.

From 12 PM to 1 PM on daily basis, Inmates of Yerawada Central Jail will hear the voice - 'Good Afternoon! Welcome to Radio YCP, Mai Hu Aap Ke Saath Aap Ka RJ Sanjay Dutt'.

Interestingly, Sanjay Dutt played the role of RJ in his last solo hit 'Lage Raho Munna Bhai' directed by Rajkumar Hirani.

Devotions Songs, Laws related to Prisoners and Interviews will be broadcasted on Radio YCP. Apart from being an RJ, Sanjay Dutt makes paper bags in the prison. He was convicted for illegal possession of arms during 1993 Mumbai serial blasts.
