Sankranti Box Office: Rs 130 crore at stake!

For the first time in the past few years, Four Films have been clashing at the Box Office during the Sankranthi season. While the over all budget of these films in anywhere close to Rs 110 crore, Trade Pundits says altogether Rs 130 crore (pre-release business) is at stake during the upcoming Holiday period.

Nannaku Prematho:

Budget: Rs 45 crore

NTR's 25th Movie in the combination of Sukumar-Devi Sri Prasad. Poster & Trailers have created good buzz around the movie. The only doubt would be whether this film will be embraced by the mass audience or not.

Dictator:

Budget: Rs 35 crore

Balakrishna's 99th Flick in the combination of Sriwass-Kona-Gopimohan-SS Thaman. Trailers look a bit outdated but you never know Kona Venkat & Gopimohan might bounce back at any time.

Soggade Chinni Nayana:

Budget: Rs 20 crore

Nagarjuna reunited with Ramya Krishna for this entertainer set in a village. A new director makes his debut and Producer Rammohan collaborates with Annapurna Studios yet again after 'Uyyala Jampala'. Promos have been very interesting and it looks like a perfect Pongal treat.

Express Raja:

Budget: Rs 7 crore

Merlapaka Gandhi of 'Venkatadri Express' fame directs this movie starring Sharwanand. track record of UV Creations fetched immense craze for this project. The budget is very less, Makers aren't worrying much about the screen count.
