Update: 2021-09-09 03:01 GMT
The makers of Gopichand's Seetimaarr arranged a grand pre-release event last night to publicize the theatrical release of the action oriented sports drama. The event had Maruthi, Lingusamy, and Boyapati Sreenu as the chief guests. Both Gopichand and the director of Seetimaarr, Sampath Nandi promised that the film will offer a full meals to mass lovers. They exuded confidence that the film will attract the masses to the theaters in big numbers.

Speaking at the event, Gopichand said, "I had never done a sports drama till now. So, I was naturally excited when Sampath approached me with Seetimaarr's script. I readily obliged and came on board for the project. I am really happy with the way the film shaped up. I can assure you all one thing. This film has all the commercial elements to keep you entertained. It will offer a full meals to mass lovers. I am sure that Seetimarr will revive the theatrical industry and give new hopes to forthcoming Telugu theatrical releases," he said.

Well, Seetimarr is the first mainstream Telugu mass film to hit the silver screens after theaters resumed operations post the devastating Covid second wave. Now, Gopichand has promised the masses that the film has what it takes to keep them entertained. Given the mass appeal, Seetimaarr might pull the masses to the theaters on its opening day, but the long run will ultimately depend on the content.

Maruthi said Gopichand will reinvent himself with Seetimaarr and the film will replenish the latter's image. He added that Seetimaarr will be the film to pull the audiences back to the theaters again. Boyapati Sreenu said Gopichand always toils hard for what he wants and he deserves all the praises he will get after the release of Seetimaarr.

Seetimaarr is billed to be a sports drama that is loaded with mass elements. The trailer stuck a chord with mass audiences. The film features Tamannaah in the lady lead role and it is directed by Sampath Nandi. The film is gearing up to hit the silver screens on the 10th of this month. Being one of the costliest projects in Gopichand's career, the stakes are high on Seetimaarr.
