It is known that MAA members reacted on the issue saying that her membership request is denied and warned the other filmmakers not to give offers to her. If anybody gives her offers they will take action on them.
Many people, women organisations started criticising MAA's decision and they are coming in support of Sri Reddy. Telugu actress Apoorva criticised MAA's decision in a TV channel interview. She questioned, "How did you take such a decision without consulting us?" She also revealed that co-directors, managers are 'using' hundreds of girls in Tollywood. She said that she can bring hundreds of such girls to the channel for giving their statement.
Karate Kalyani also participated in the same discussion but she alleged that Sri Reddy has 144 acres real estate venture and she has 1.5 crore flat, Audi car. She revealed that they are collecting proofs of Sri Reddy's properties.
