There is no sigh of relief for Aryan Khan, who was arrested and sent to custody in connection with the crusade rave party. A Sessions Court on Thursday said it will give its final verdict on the bail petition on the 20th of this month, making Aryan Khan wait for a few more days to get the bail.

Aryan Khan was sent to custody last week. A court gave its nod for the custody of Aryan Khan while rejecting his bail petition. When the Sessions Court heard the petition on Wednesday, Shah Rukh Khan's fans felt that Aryan might get bail. But the court adjourned the hearing to Tuesday.

The hearing went on for two consecutive days but Aryan Khan did not get bail. Making Aryan Khan spend a few more days in jail, the Court reserved the verdict saying that the decision on the bail will be out on October 20th.

Requesting the Court to not grant bail to the accused in the case, representing the NCB, Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh said that Aryan Khan consumes drugs regularly. He even said that the accused should not be given bail in the middle of the investigation as the process is in the preliminary stage.

On the other hand, advocate Amit Desai who represented Aryan Khan told the court that no drugs were found with Aryan when he was taken into custody by the NCB sleuths. How can the bail for a person be denied when no evidence proved the accused guilty, he asked.
