Shilpa Shetty talks about being positive in first appearance post Raj Kundra's row

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty who has been maintaining distance from the media since her husband businessman Raj Kundra's arrest in connection with the infamous adult content filming row made her first appearance.

Hungama 2 actress Shilpa Shetty took part in a Covid-19 fundraiser event on Sunday on the occasion of Independence Day. A few actors from Bollywood also took part in the fundraiser. The event was held virtually in the wake of the Covid situation.

During the event, Shilpa Shetty highlighted the importance of breathing exercises for good health and she did pranayama to show the right way of doing the breathing exercise. Shilpa Shetty said, in the middle of Covid fear, doing breathing exercises is very crucial.

"Oxygen can enter the body if the nasal is kept clean. The system of the body will remain protected if the oxygen enters the body and reaches the brain cell. This, in turn, increases immunity," Shilpa Shetty said.

Adding further, the actress said that it is important to be positive and negative thoughts should not come into our minds as it will have an impact on the positive energy. Pranayama is the best way to remain positive and keep the negative thoughts away.

Shilpa Shetty had urged the people to be more cautious and follow the prescribed Covid-19 protocols. Saying that Yoga will help in being positive, the actress called Pranayama a good way to be positive.

Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra who was arrested in connection with the adult film racket is in judicial custody currently. The Mumbai Police arrested Raj Kundra earlier in July.

Raj Kundra is dubbed as the key conspirator behind the racket that is involved in making and publishing obscene content. The racket was busted in February by the cops after they received a tip-off.

A few actresses were quizzed by the Mumbai Police in this regard. Their statements were also recorded.

Earlier, Shilpa Shetty said that she will not talk about the issue as the case is still pending in court. She urged everyone to not jump to early conclusions by reading the half-baked stories. She requested everyone to respect the privacy of their kids.
