Sneha Ullal entered film industry with a Bollywood movie.. but she got good recognition with Telugu films. She became popular with 'Ullasamga Utsahamga'.. she acted in blockbuster like 'Simha' starring Balakrishna. She has done several films in Telugu later. But she was away from films for the last three years.
She is saying that she was away from films due to illness. She said she didn't want to take a break when she was at the peak of her career.. but she had to take break because of her illness. She said that "I have suffered with a illness related to blood. I became weak due to auto immune disorder. I couldn't even stand for 30 minutes. So, I have completed all my commitments till 2014. I didn't accept new projects after that".
She said she has gone through treatment and she is fit and fine now. She revealed that she never lost her mental balance even though she was ill and undergoing treatment. She is saying that she is ready to take up new assignments now.
