A biopic of former India skipper and present Board of Control for Cricket in India(BCCI) Sourav Ganguly aka Dada is on cards for a long time. As a news to cheer about, Dada had reportedly gave his nod for a biopic on him.
Media reports are abuzz that Sourav Ganguly in his recent interview told that he agreed for a biopic and more details will be out.
"Yes, I have agreed for a biopic, which will be made in Hindi.I can't say who the director is. To get the thinks right, it might take a few more days," Sourav Ganguly is said to have told the interviewer.
As per the reports, the script work is under way and the makers have met Dada on multiple occasions for the script work. Sanju fame Ranbir Kapoor is said to be the favourite for the role, however the makers are yet to take a call on this.
If we have to take anything from the reports, the biopic which will be made on Dada will trace the complete journey of Sourav Ganguly from his debut to leading the team in the tough phase and making it to the BCCI President role
