Openings for 'Subrahmanyam For Sale' have been pretty good on Day 1 at the Box Office, particularly in the Telugu States.
Trade Pundits say, 'Subrahmanyam For Sale' collected a share of over Rs 3 crore in AP and Nizam on the first day itself. Huge Release, Sai Dharam's Mega background, Harish Shankar's Gabbar Singh director tag and Dil Raju's good reputation were the major reasons behind the collections.
The film ran with packed houses on the first day in all the territories of AP. In Nizam, 'SFS' is better in Single Screens than Multiplexes. Multiplexes have seen fulls only during First Show & Second Show timings.
The sad news for the makers is the fact that 'Subrahmanyam For Sale' had a poor start in all the territories outside AP & Nizam. Even in Karnataka and Overseas, Figures registered on Day 1 hint buyers will incur losses.
