We all know that Ram Charan's latest film 'Rangasthalam' turned out to be a blockbuster at the box office winning accolades for everybody.  While the lead actors and supporting artists received huge applause, all the technicians were appreciated for their quality.  Everybody gave a huge thumbs up for director Sukumar.

Meanwhile, a Telugu writer named M. Gandhi complained to the writers association that the way Chittibabu(Ram Charan) kills villain Dakshinamurthy(Prakash Raj) is similar to his stories 'Ukkupadham'.. 'Revenge' stories that were penned by him and registered in the writers association. He alleged that 'Saving the enemy from the death and killing him later' idea is copied from his stories.

When the committee of the writers association looked into the matter, they have sought director Sukumar's explanation.  Sukumar gave his clarification that he got the idea after watching 'Dharma Yuddham' movie.  The committee has gone through Sukumar explanation and they have released a press note clearing him from the allegations.
