Director, Sukumar is known as the lecturer who turned into a director and hence, he got the name, "Sukku Mark" when he makes a film.

Even usual scenes are conceived differently by him.  Megastar Chiranjeevi expressed his likeliness to act with the director after watching Rangasthalam.

After Rangasthalam, Sukumar wanted to make a movie with Mahesh Babu but that project got cancelled due to "creative differences" between hero and director.

Now, he is writing script for Allu Arjun which did not start in October has expected. It could start in January and finish by September or October for Dasara release.

After that Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan want him to direct the Lucifer remake, which they bought from Prithviraj Sukumaran. The actor turned director with this movie and he made biggest blockbuster ever in Malayalam cinema with Mohan Lal has the lead.

In this film, for Mohan Lal's role Chiranjeevi will be cast in Telugu and with some changes to Prithvi's character, Ram Charan will play it. This is to give mega fans a return gift for all the love they pour on them.

Fans want to see the both father and son, on screen at a time, and Chiranjeevi feels Lucifer with Sukku mark will be a better commercial film for them.

As off now, Sukumar did not sign the film but the talks are going on. This film original story  rights are with Megastar Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan's Konidela Productions but Geetha Arts Allu Aravind might join as a co-producer. Official details about this one are eagerly awaited by everyone in TFI!
