Update: 2022-03-21 07:30 GMT
Malayalam films are not just known for their intriguing storylines but they are famous for their light-hearted entertainers. The star heroes in Kerala don't get stuck in an image and try something new with every film. One such film is 'Bro Daddy' which features Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran. They acted in a full-fledged action drama like 'Lucifer' before and they reunited for another film like 'Bro Daddy' but it is a complete entertainer.

This laughter riot which was released on Disney + Hotstar directly got positive reviews and the Malayalam audience loved the film. A lot of rumors popped up about the possibility of remaking 'Bro Daddy' in Telugu. A few big star heroes' names were attached to this project and this raised many eyebrows.

Insiders say that the rumors about 'Bro Daddy' remake are completely fake. This film is very fun to watch but it may not suit the sensibilities of the Telugu audience. Also, this film doesn't cater to the mass image of our star heroes. Many claim that the remake of 'Bro Daddy' is definitely not on cards. We need to wait and see what happens in the coming days.

Mohanlal plays the role of an energetic father while Prithviraj will be seen as his son. Meena plays the role of Mohanlal's wife and Kalyani Priyadarshan is the romantic interest of Prithviraj. The one-liners, basic premise and the actors jelled pretty well. Jagadish, Mallika Sukumaran, Unni Mukundan and Soubin Shahir are played key roles in this project.

The screenplay is provided by Sreejith & Bibin Maliekal while Deepak Dev is the music composer. Akhilesh Mohan is the editor while Abinandhan Ramanujam is the director of photography. Apart from playing the lead, Prithviraj Sukumaran himself directed this movie.
