Producer Natti Kumar arranged a press meet in Film Chamber to express his anguish on the results of recently concluded Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce elections.

Natti Kumar: "D Suresh Babu-led Progressive Panel emerged as victorious in TFCC elections on July 19th. Only 1,400 out of 3,000 voters from Andhra Pradesh have exercised their right to vote in this election. This is for the first time in 20 years, Elections have been held for Exhibitors Guild. Our Team received 130 votes out of total 240 votes and we won 3 posts. Suresh Babu who controls 1,200 theaters failed to win all the posts related to Exhibitors. In each and every department, we lost just by a margin of 6-7 votes. Around 40 votes have been rigged in this election. We are always against D Suresh Babu as President but we are willing to co-operate if he takes some good measures for the welfare of Film Industry".

D Suresh Babu's panel defeated Natti Kumar's panel in the recent elections. About 16 exhibitors who form the executive committee chosen the senior producer as TPCC President for a period of 2 years.
