Tapsee Pannu, the Delhi Beauty, has been making headlines with her comments on Filmmakers and heroes in general. Once she said there are no enough good stories for women in Indian Cinema. Then, she said that Big stars needs to work with new and small heroines too.
Once again, after Judwaa2, her latest release with Varun Dhawan, made some good moolah in the opening weekend, she said, "I am still not an A-lister in Bollywood!" She explained it saying, "I am still considered a small heroine and a newbie here. Even after films like Pink, Naam Shabana I did not receive the same amount of credit that an A-lister does. Stars get more respect and when a heroine acts with a star, she is automatically seen as an A-lister. I believe, stars should work in small films with small heroines for bigger gains."
Well, Kangana Ranaut made a mark all by herself, even an elite debutant like Daisy Shah, is not regarded as an A-lister. To become popular you need support of the audience and not off the stars. Once, you can become a star on your own, people will recognize you automatically. Anyways, Tapsee Pannu seems to be trying to use her self confessed daring and dashing image to good use by being among the controversies. Let's see where this will lead her too.
