Tamannaah Onboard for Ram Charan - Shankar's RC15?

Update: 2021-08-17 03:07 GMT
The makers of Ram Charan and Shankar's RC15 have commenced pre-production works very recently. It was recently announced that Kiara Advani would be playing the female lead in the film. As things stand, the much-anticipated political thriller will be hitting the floors in the first week of September. Ram Charan is close to completing RRR shoot and he plans to complete even RC15 at the earliest. The project is funded by Dil Raju and it is riding high on buzz even before the commencement of the shoot.

If the latest reports are to be believed, the makers of RC15 have roped in Tamannaah for an important negative role in the film. It is heard that Tamannaah will be seen as the wife of the lead antagonist in the film. Her character in RC15 will have shades of crookedness and spine-chilling elements. As it appears, this will be the first time Tamannah will play a full-on negative role in a big-ticket film. But it needs to be kept in mind that this is just a speculation for now and there is no official update so as to confirm or deny Tamannaah's inclusion in the film's principal cast. However, if it actually turns to reality, it could evoke great interest from Telugu cinema followers.

The makers of RC15 are planning to rope in a veteran south Indian actor for the main antagonist role in the film. They are expected to initiate talks with a well-established actor in South Indian cinema. Apparently, Shankar has penned a strong antagonist role in RC15 and he only wants to cast a top actor for the role.

RC15 is one of the most anticipated films of the year and the makers are promoting it as a pan-India project. Dil Raju is spending big bucks on the project and it will mark the coming together of several top technicians in Indian cinema. More details about the project will be out in the due course. Thaman has already started composing the music and soundtrack for the film. The shoot will commence with a song that will be canned at a specially erected set in Hyderabad.
