Anna DMK party has claimed that the movie indirectly criticized former Tamil Nadu chief minister Jayalalitha. The party members even tried to attack the theatres as well. After that controversy, Murugadoss has removed the scenes that are objected. Everyone thought that this would be the end of the controversy.
