'Jr NTR's Outburst Has Pained Me'

NTR gave a scope for controversy by lashing out at Reviewers during the success meet of 'Jai Lava Kusa'. He alleged Roadside Guys (Critics) have been predicting the life term of Patient (Film) even before Doctor (Public) could assess the actual health condition.

Veteran Producer-cum-Director Tammareddy Bharadwaj said comments made by NTR on Reviewers had really surprised him. 'It's true that Reviewers have the right to express their views...that's what we call freedom of speech. Why should we, film celebs, give importance to Reviewers & what they say? Will the Patient die if a Roadside Guy declares there is no chance to survive? The fate will depend on the Doctor alone. Similarly, People will make the product success if the content is good. A Movie doesn't fail just because a Critic had given negative review. We don't have the necessity to bother about every useless fellow. Thinking or Speaking about them is nothing but wasting time. A Big Star like NTR speaking in such manner has pained Me,' he opined.

Tammareddy says constructive criticism will always be welcomed by the Industry. At the same time, He makes it clear: 'Critics can analyze what's good and what's bad in a movie. No Reviewer or Critic have the right to say a particular movie has failed & it won't collect even Rs 1 crore or more than Rs 10 crore'.
