Not a Good Summer for Overseas Market

Update: 2016-05-24 11:39 GMT
Summer 2016 seems to be very unlucky for Overseas Market after several big ticket entertainers tanked at the Box Office.

US Distributors & Exhibitors started Summer season on a positive note with 'Oopiri'. After reporting impressive premiere collections, 'Sardaar Gabbar Singh' has bitten dust due to poor word-of-mouth. Even 'Sarrainodu' revenue in USA was below par inspite of conquering the Indian Box Office. In the form of 'Brahmotsavam', Buyers received a mighty blow as its collected just $1 Million against the $2.7 Million invested.

Trivikram's 'A..Aa' releasing on June 2nd is the last hope of Overseas Investors. The other biggie which is expected to make a moolah is Rajinikanth starrer 'Kabali'. Let's hope at least two films live up to the expectations!
