Thalapathy Vijay Issues Public Notice To His Father

Update: 2021-01-27 10:50 GMT
Thalapaty Vijay sending legal notices to his father director SA Chandrasekhar has become a hot topic in Kollywood circles. We are aware that Vijay differed with his father when the latter registered as a political party 'All India Vijay Makkal Iyakkam' with the Election Commission of India in 2020.

On November 5, 2020, Vijay issued a public notice opposing the activities of his father and requested his followers to not be included in the political party or a movement organised by Chandrasekhar.

The Master actor has, yet again, distanced himself from the political ambitions of his father. He issued a public notice to Chandrasekhar on Saturday regarding the same.

Vijay's advocate, S Kumaresan, said his client will not be liable for rumours and any consequence that could occur to anyone through the activities of Chandrasekhar and his Vijay Makkal Iyakkam, Virugambakkam. He wrote that Chandrasekhar, without his client’s authorization, registered a political party and registered a society 'Vijay Makkal Iyakkam' on June 8, 2020. Proper legal measures were launched on the party along with the society.
