'The Jungle Book' Collects 1588 Crs

Neel Sethi starrer The Jungle Book has been performing well at Box office despite big releases. In India alone the film has earned more than Rs. 100 cr in ten days of its release.

The film which has been released worldwide in English and in Hindi languages on April 8 th  has already entered Rs. 100 cr club. As per reports the film  has earned Rs. 101.82 cr in mere ten days of its release.  The film was performing strong even in second weekend and It raked 8.02 cr, 8.51 cr and 10.67 crores respectively on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The Jungle Book was released on North America on April 15 th and received mammoth openings. It has grossed $103.6 million in North America and $187.4 million in other territories for a worldwide total of $291 million.  Till now the film has collected 1588 Crores worldwide collections.

"The Jungle Book" features Indian-American actor Neel Sethi as Mowgli. Along with Neel, the film is supported by top rated Hollywood stars like Bill Murray, Ben Kingsley, Idris Elba, Lupita Nyong'o, Scarlett Johansson and Christopher Walken.

Bollywood stars likes Irrfan Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Nana Patekar, Shefali Shah and Om Puri have lent their voice for the Hindi version of "The Jungle Book"
