Superstar Mahesh Babu has established a production banner called 'GMB Entertainments' and is co-producing his own films through it. He is now producing Adivi Sesh's upcoming film and sources say that he is planning to make more medium range films in his banner.
Talk in the industry is that Mahesh and his banner is backed by Reliance and group. Apparently, they are funding the films indirectly and reportedly putting Mahesh's name and banner in front of it. Actually, there were reports that Jio Reliance and team decided to launch an OTT platform with Mahesh as their ambassador but realizing that streaming sites are not having good reception in Telugu, they reportedly got into film funding business and are using Mahesh's 'GMB Entertainments' by putting it in front.
With such big names backing it, we hope a lot more good films coming from Mahesh Babu and his team.
