Pushpa: The Rise Close To Completion

Allu Arjun and Sukumar's Pushpa: The Rise, the first installment of the Pushpa duology is nearing completion. The makers have commenced the final schedule of the film today and the entire shooting part will be wrapped up with the same. Allu Arjun, Fahadh Faasil, Dhanunjaya, and other actors who play the lead roles in the film are taking part in this schedule. It is unclear if Rashmika Mandanna will be a part of this schedule or not. The entire unit has landed in Maredumilli forest region and the final schedule will be taking place at the picturesque locales in the area. Several forest based action shots will be canned in this schedule.

Pushpa: The Rise is being mounted on a big scale and it will set the premise of the story of Pushpa Raj. The first installment will be loaded with heavy duty action sequences and the core conflict involving the protagonist Pushpa Raj, played by Allu Arjun, and the antagonist Banwar Singh, played by Fahadh Faasil. Also, the lead pair, Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna will be seen as a married couple in the film. Their love track will be one of the major highlights of the Sukumar directorial.

Set in Seshachalam forest backdrop, Pushpa duology is being directed by Sukumar. Mythri Movie Makers are spending over Rs 250 crores on the project. Pushpa is the costliest project in Allu Arjun's career and it will also mark his entry into the pan-India market as it is being released in 5 Indian languages. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music for the Sukumar directorial and the makers are set to unveil the second song from the audio album very soon.

Pushpa: The Rise is announced for theatrical release during the forthcoming Christmas season. The majority of the shoot has been wrapped up already and the rest of the portion will be shot in under a month. The plan is to wrap up the entire shoot by the end of September so that there will be enough time for the post production. More details about the project will be out in the due course.
