After tons of interviews and crazy promotions, the much-awaited day for Prabhas fans is just hours away. Their favorite matinee idol is arriving on the silver screen this Friday and there are high expectations on this romantic drama set in the backdrop of Italy in the 70s.

While the craze is at its peak in the Telugu states, the buzz is decent in other languages and the film is expected to do well if it manages to get a positive talk.

Since it is a love story with a grand budget rather than an action-packed entertainer, people are quite curious to know how it would fare at the box office. The details about the pre-release business of ‘Radhe Shyam' are out and it is the third-highest for a Tollywood film.

Apparently, the Nizam rights were sold for 40 crores and Andhra rights were given for 50 crores. The Ceeded rights amounted to 15 crores and reports suggest that the pre-release theatrical business in Telugu states alone is done for 105 crores.  While Karnataka rights were given for 13 crores while Tamil Nadu rights were sold for 6 crores.

The pre-release business in rest of Indian amounted to 50 crores. The film needs to get 24 crores from the overseas market and 2 crores from Kerala region. On the whole, the pre-release theatrical business worldwide is done for 200 crores.

We need to see if the film crosses the 200 crores and gives profits for distributors in the next few days or not. This movie is produced under UV Creations, Gopi Krishna Arts and T-Series banners. Manoj Paramahamsa is the cinematographer while Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor for ‘Radhe Shyam'.

Directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, this epic love drama has Pooja Hegde playing the female lead named Prerna. Prabhas will be seen as a world-renowned palmist in this movie. Justin Prabhakaran is the music composer for South Indian languages.

This is Prabhas' first romantic film after ‘Darling' and ‘Mr. Perfect. The expectations are quite high on it. The AP government has given permission to increase the ticket prices and have five shows for Prabhas' film. The stage is now set for Prabhas to sweep everyone off their feet.

Other than this, Prabhas is working on 'Salaar' under Prasanth Neel's direction. This is a huge action film while he is also working on a mythological drama named 'Adipurush' which is directed by Om Raut.

Kriti Sanon is the heroine while Saif Ali Khan is the villain in this project. He even kickstarted Nag Ashwin's high-budget time traveling project. Deepika Padukone is the heroine in this film while Amitabh Bachchan plays a key role.
