Mahesh Babu's much anticipated action thriller Sarkaru Vaari Paata is headed for theatrical release on the 12th of May and the makers have amped up the promotional tour for the film.
Sarkaru Vaari Paata's ticket pricing system has been locked and here is an interesting and exciting update about the same.
As per our well placed sources close to the exhibition sector in Nizam region, the ticket prices for Sarkaru Vaari Paata have been locked at Rs 354 in multiplexes across the state and Rs 210 for single screens. This is the common pricing slab that has been locked for many latest theatrical releases.
However, the makers of Sarkaru Vaari Paata have come up with an interesting plan to attract footfalls from the second day by jacking down the ticket prices. The Rs 354 and Rs 210 pricing system will not be in effect from the second day and instead, a new pricing model will be out to effect.
Apparently, the ticket prices from the second day will be Rs 295 and Rs 175 for multiplexes and single screens respectively. This will be the final pricing model unless there is some major last minute change that is commissioned by the exhibitor in Nizam region.
Many films have struggled to pull the audience to theatres due to the hiked ticket prices and those involved with Sarkaru Vaari Paata appear to have drawn a cue from the same and they have adjusted the pricing model to good effect from the second day of the release.
Sarkaru Vaari Paata sure is one of the more anticipated films of the year and deduction in ticket prices should only attract more footfalls at the theatres from the second day of the film's release. This will be the first film to implement dual price hike model in the state.
