Update: 2018-02-27 07:44 GMT
Rangasthalam is one of the most awaited films of 2018. With the teasers and single song release, the movie increased the buzz like never before.

Ram Charan Tej is coming after almost a year and half with the film. The movie was first planned for Dussehra but then, the team decided to take some time to complete the movie and decided to release it for Sankranti, 2018.

As Agnyathavasi got postponed to Sankranthi, Rangasthalam went for first available date in Summer, 30th March.

Now, Producers fight against Digital Service Providers like Qube, as come on to the forefront. The Council has decided to stop releasing films from 2nd of March in protest, to bring down the cost of exhibition that DSPs charge.

The service providers are thinking that the producers have announced the protest as March month is not a big season for movie releases in Telugu.

But if the producers decide to continue strike and ask, Rangasthalam producers to postpone their film, what will happen to the distributors and exhibitors, who invested crores?

If producers decide to call of strike and protest, without arriving at an amicable solution, then they will be criticised for sideing a big film. If they ask Mythri Movie Makers, to postpone, then fans will be disappointed and all the other dates of biggies that have been locked will fall in jeopardy too.

So, what is the solution for this ongoing dispute between Producers and DSPs? Who will sneeze first and put an end to this huge financial problem?
