Hyderabad Police started an initiative called Community policing. As part of that they started a Police Cricket league with the help of local people.
From April 10th, the Police Cricket league has been happening at Colony, Sector, Thana, Divisional and Zonal range cricket matches have been happening.
Total of 270 teams played in the tournament and 44,000 people helped them. 4,050 players participated in the league.
Now, the winner of the Cricket league will play a match with All Celebrity team that includes, Nagarjuna, Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh, Akhil, Nani, Srikanth and others will play the match.
The match will take place at LB Stadium in Hyderabad and Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar released the teaser for it.
Police Commissioner requested all the Hyderabadis to come and enjoy the event as it is a celebration of sports and entertainment on the occasion of Telangana Formation Day.
