Tamil people.. Tamil Celebrities.. Tamil Politicians are discussing about only one thing now... i.e., Jalli Kattu. No Tamilian can speak against Jalli Kattu at this moment. If anyone speaks against it they will be branded as anti-Tamil. In such a situation a celebrity like Trisha who was an active member in PETA is in deep trouble. It is known that she opposed Jalli Kattu game few days back and faced the wrath of Tamil people.
When Trisha understood the situation, she clarified that her twitter account has been hacked and finally closed the twitter account. In a recent development, Trisha's mother Uma spoken to media on this issue and commented that "Trisha was never active in PETA.. she has distanced herself from that organization now.. she is not going to campaign for PETA in future also". She added that Trisha will never go against Tamil tradition and she never opposed Jalli Kattu.
Coming to the rescue of her daughter is fine. But some people are commenting that celebrities can go to any extent for publicity. Similarly when they come across some trouble they are ready to take a U-turn on the same issue. Trisha issue is the best example. Isn't it?
