Dr. Rajasekhar has been a part of multi-starrers before but these days he is one of the choices but not the first choice of makers has he lost most of his market trying to be the hero of the story. With PSV Garuda Vega, he proved that he can still carry a film well enough with the support of a good director and what are future plans from here have become a big topic of discussion.
The actor said to have been a tough task master when it comes to discussing about the subjects and he has some set interests that he doesn't want to compromise on when he is acting with other actors. So when he was asked if he will continue only as a hero or will he chose different roles from on.
He replied, "I am not saying that I will only act as a hero. I know that ship as sailed and I need to mix things up. I might be interested in doing lead characters but if there are god supporting roles, why should I lose out on them? In fact, I was interested to play Upendra's role in Trivikram's Son of Satyamurthy. I heard I was one of the choices, but never got an offer. I would have gladly done that. Even I got the offer to play an young dad from village to Venkatesh and Mahesh in Seethamma Vakitlo Srimalle Chettu, but things did not work out!"
