Malayalam hit film Ayyappanum Koshiyum is all set to remade into Telugu with star actors Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati. It is known that star director Trivikram is supervising the script and currently penning the screenplay and dialogues of the remake.
As the original film has completely Malayam flavour, the makers of the film roped Trivikram to alter the script according to Telugu nativity considering the image of star heroes Pawan and Rana.
The latest we hear in film circles is that Trivikram is charging Rs 10 Cr as remuneration for this much-awaited remake. Not just the remuneration, the Atharintiki Daaredi director is also taking a share in the profits of the film. As the film is helmed by an underrated director Sagar Chandra, the makers are making sure that the remake has a strong story and screenplay.
Music director Thaman S is composing the music. Presented by PDV Prasad, the film will be produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under Sitara Entertainments.
