Noted actress and the current secretary of Movie Artists Association (MAA) Jeevitha Rajashekhar is holding talks with the producers and directors from last few days, asking them to stop offering roles for other language actors and start encouraging the local Telugu natives.
It is a good move by Jeevitha to demand prominent offers for Telugu natives but it becomes an irony if she doesn't follow the same rule. If we look at Jeevitha's last few productions ventures like PSV Garuda Vega and Kalki, both the films feature other language actors like Kishore, Ashutosh Rana, Adah Sharma and Pooja Kumar.
None of them is from Telugu land and we wonder why Jeevitha roped them in instead of giving those meaty roles for Telugu natives. Of late, the boundaries between all the industries are fading away due to the pan-Indian films like Baahubali, KGF, Sahoo and Syeraa Narasimha Reddy. Actors from all the industries are being roped in for these films making it suitable for all the audience. Thus, Jeevtha's fight might not result positively as per the current circumstances.
