Is Kannada Star Hero Going To Be The Villain In Mahesh's Next?

Update: 2020-04-14 14:51 GMT
Superstar Mahesh Babu is currently going strong with three back-to-back hits like 'Bharat Ane Nenu', 'Maharshi' and 'Sarileru Neekevvaru'. He was supposed to work with Vamsi Paidipally but it got canceled. He is now in talks with 'Geetha Govindam' fame Parasuram. News is that 14 Reels banner and Mythri Movie Makers will be jointly producing this film. The script is reportedly in the final stages and the makers are planning to rope in star Kannada hero to play the villain's role in this film.

He is none other than Upendra who did many out-of-the-box films. He even did an important role in Allu Arjun's 'S/o Satyamurthy' in 2015. We need to wait and see if he agrees for the role or not. Gossip is that he was earlier approached for a key role in 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' but he denied it. If the script by Parasuram impresses him, he may act in this film. If he does not accept, the makers are planning to bring Sonu Sood for this role as per sources. People are expecting the project to be announced officially by 31st May along with all the details of cast and crew. As we know, May 31st marks the birthday of Mahesh's father, superstar Krishna.
