Director Teja has been hitting the news headlines for various reasons for the past few months. Signing NTR biopic with Balakrishna and another film with Venkatesh he surprised many people. When he said that he will handle both the projects many people doubted whether it is possible or not. His name was even heard in the Sri Reddy episode for giving her offers to settle the issue.
He shelved Venkatesh film first as he felt that he couldn't do justice to Balakrishna movie 'NTR' if he works simultaneously on both projects. Recently, he gave a shock to everybody by walking out of NTR biopic. As soon as he came out of NTR biopic Suresh Babu gave him the offer to revive Venkatesh film for which Teja readily agreed.
As per the latest update, Teja team is busy giving final touches to the script. They are reportedly planning to commence the regular shoot in June. It is known that Teja finalised Shriya as the heroine for this project initially. As Shriya got married recently, it is interesting to see Teja will continue her or search for another heroine.
