Unfortunately, This Multi-starrer remained ordinary after a fantastic first weekend. In the first 3 days, 'Venky Mama' collected a share of Rs 21 crore. In the next 7 days, It could manage only around Rs 7 crore. That's just Rs 1 crore per day!

Theatrical Rights of 'Venky Mama' were sold out for Rs 36 crore. No way, This film would be able to achieve break even after failing to do well for almost a week. Nevertheless, 'Venky Mama' will be a memorable film for Suresh Productions, Cast & Crew and even Fans.

'Venky Mama' budget exceeded the initial estimates by the end of shoot. Subsequently, Suresh Productions sold the theatrical rights for fancy prices but the recovery is just above 70 percent. How Suresh Babu will be compensating the Distributors and Exhibitors who incurred losses is to be seen?
