Veteran Kollywood actor Vadivelu, who has been missing from the showbiz since 2017 is gearing up to foray into films. His comeback film, which is yet to be titled, was launched formally in Chennai on Friday amid much fanfare.
Addressing the event, the comedian made sensational comments saying that he had decided not to work with director Shankar in the future. My decision will not change on this, Vadivelu said.
Thanks to Lyca Productions, the path for Vadiveluâs comeback film was set by the production house. Besides this, the production house is also bankrolling the project that sees the comeback of the actor. Director Suraj is helming the project.
To the unversed, Vadivelu was banned in 2018 by the Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC) based on the case filed by director Shankar and Chimbu Devan, who were the producer and director respectively for Imsai Arasan 24am Pulikesi.
