VI Anand the director of Ekkadikipothav Chinnavada, said in one of his press interactions that he is highly indebted to Telugu audience and it is his destiny to make Telugu films, so he will continue making them. He did make Tiger, Ekkadiki pothav Chinnavada in Telugu and his Okka Kshanam with Allu Sirish, also a Telugu film, is getting ready to release on Thursday, that is 28th December.
The director has expressed his happiness for being appreciated by Telugu producers and film lovers for his work. Before Tiger, he made Appucchi Gramam, a critically acclaimed film in Tamil. Even though he hails from Tamil Nadu, he said Destiny has made him own Telugu language as his identity. The director talking about his film, said, "I am happy that a senior producer like Allu Aravind liked my script and encouraged me to make it without any second thoughts. He let me do my movie and for that, I will always be thankful."
Later, the director revealed that he has plans to direct another movie in science fiction genre and that will be produced by Geetha Arts only. "No matter, how Okka Kshanam fares at box office, Allu Aravind garu, has given me second film in his banner and it is locked. We did not decide on the cast and once when we decide, we will make an official announcement," informed the director. Surbhi, Seerat Kapoor, Avasarala Srinivas are playing major roles in Okka Kshanam.
