I Used To Escape From Girls: Vijay

Even though Vijay Devarakonda has achieved recognition with films like 'Yevade Subramanyam'.. 'Pelli Choopulu', his latest film 'Arjun Reddy' made him a star.  Not just audience but celebrities are also showering praises on his brilliant performance.  His fan following increased exponentially among the girls after the release the release of 'Arjun Reddy'.   

The on-screen kisser and the bold Vijay is saying that he used to be very shy initially and he was scared to talk with girls.  In a recent interview, he said that "My parents admitted me in the residential school in Puttaparthi run by Sathya Saibaba trust in my childhood itself.   I studied in Puttaparthi till my intermediate.  It was disciplined life.  There were no TVs.  Apart from reading news papers, we have no connection with the outside world whatsoever.  I never studied with girls.   It was all new for me when I came out of Puttaparthi.  It took a lot of time to get adjusted to the outside world.  I Never used to talk with girls.  If anyone proposes me I used to escape from them."

It is really hard to believe the same Vijay has transformed himself into a completely opposite person in 'Arjun Reddy'.  The people who watched the film are saying that they have not seen Vijay in the film but they have seen Arjun Reddy.. that's the impact of his performance.
