It's Rowdy Star Vijay Devrakonda's birthday today. Just like last year, he spent his birthday by distributing ice creams to the people on the roads of Hyderabad. Speaking an interview given to a TV channel, Vijay said that no one gifts anything to him on his birthday but he likes to gift ice creams to the people.
