Grapevine in the Industry is that Makers of Chiranjeevi's 150th Movie have approached Vijayashanti for a pivotal role. She, however, is yet to give her consent for the project.
Chiru & Vijayashanti are known to Hit Jodi in Tollywood. Together, They scored several memorable films which include Gang Leader, Kondaveeti Donga, Yamudiki Mogudu and Swayam Krushi. So far, They have worked together for 19 movies. Signing 150th will complete the 20-film feat.
It was after the release of 'Gang Leader', Differences cropped up between Chiranjeevi and Vijayawada. The Actress proudly claimed the film became a blockbuster because of her role. This statement irked Chiru and there after they choose not to work together.
Sources say, Vijayashanti is keen to make a comeback into films but taking her time to pick up the right subject. Who knows, it could be Megastar's landmark movie!!
