He stated that that it is okay to get inspired from a story but should not copy them. He gave a good example to explain the difference between taking inspiration and copying. He stated that he took inspiration from Chiranjeevi's Pasivadi Pranam movie and wrote the story of Bollywood movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
