Jr. NTR fans thought that their idol will dominate the other star and make it his movie outright. Well, a director like Rajamouli cannot allow that. He would take care of every character, every scene in his film and he doesn't want a hero to feel inferior for another.

Vijayendra Prasad stated the same. But Jr. NTR fans expressed disappointment and shock post the release of RRR. They were disappointed with more importance given to Ram Charan's character in second half of the film and during the climax. Their shared this on social media and few media outlets made it a discussion point too.

Vijayendra Prasad dismissed their claims that Jr. NTR had less importance. He said that the story has balanced both the characters. He explained that the writer's went for a story when one character helps the other in reaching their goal and inspires rhe other as well.

He said that Ram Charan's Alluri Seetha Ramaraju inspires Jr. NTR's Komaram Bheem to understand value of education. And Komaram Bheem inspires Alluri to realise the value of words with his song. Bheem changes the path of Ramaraju and even gives him the Lord Ram getup in the end as well.

He remarked fans of NTR who are raising objections as  people who are unable to digest the multi-starrer format of storytelling. He asked them to learn from their idol who is happy with the success and his character.

He asked them who are they to state disappointment when actor is happy. He asked them to watch the movie from character's perspective than star's perspective.
