Indian mythology might be sacred or not. But for many Hindus, who have strong religious sentiments, it is highly important that Ramayanam, Mahabharatam, Bhagavatham, Bhagavadgeeta are regarded as sacred texts and respected.

When it comes to creative satire, many follow the pattern of poking fun at iconic mythological characters and it has been case since theatre has been the only popular medium of entertainment.

During the time, how people accepted or did not accept, we don't know but now the world has changed and many right wing activists are not ready to take even a single word against the Hindu mythology.

Vijay Devarakonda for his Arjun Reddy had to face controversy about the lip kiss scenes and also about the crass language.

Now, for GeethaGovindam he sang 'What the F' song  and in that he meant that Sita would not go forest with Rama and Sati Savitri would be busy watching TV serials to follow Yama.

The lyrics were written to show the frustration of a guy against women and lyricist Sri Mani used funny comparisons to land the satire.

Well, Kathi Mahesh was awarded city ban due his controversial comments against epics and now, this song might stir up some controversy. How will Telangana government handle this? Let's wait and watch!
