Actor Sunil Varma couldn't say no to his dear friend and colleague Allari Naresh after he requested him to make a special appearance in upcoming Telugu-Tamil comedy "Action 3D".
Naresh plays a key part in the movie.
"Anil (director) wanted to cast Sunil in a small role, but wasn't sure if he could convince him to be part of the project and, therefore, handed over the responsibility to Naresh. However, Sunil couldn't say no to the offer when Naresh requested him," a source from the film's unit told IANS.
"Sunil agreed instantly because of his friendship with Naresh. He even shot for his part recently and it has come out very well," source added.
"Action 3D" also features Vaibhav Reddy, Shaam, Raju Sundaram, Sneha Ullal, Kamna Jethmalani, Ritu Barmecha and Neelam Upadhyaya. It even has actors such as Kiccha Sudeep, Posani Krishna Murali in cameos.
The Tamil version of the film is titled "Aasu Raja Rani Jackie Matrum Joker". While the film is directed by Anil Sunkara, his brother Rama Brahmam Sunkara has produced it.
Father-son duo Bappi and Bappa Lahiri have composed the music along with S.S Thaman for the film.
