When DSP said NO to a Top Director?

Devi Sri Prasad claims success of 'Kumari 21F' have given a new energy and he is happy for Sukumar who is successful as a Producer.

When asked about the trend of copying tunes, DSP reacted: "A lot of gossips have come linking my name till date. But, There isn't a single remark that DSP has copied someone's tune. After 'Devi', A Top Director asked me to compose a song making use of the 2-3 pop songs. Then Devi replied, 'Ee Sariki Nannu Vadileyandi..Malli Eppudaina Kalisi Panicheddam'. In response, The filmmaker said, 'Intha Tekka..Elagaithe Parisramalo Edagavu'. My job is to create Music not to copy someone's work".

Contrary, A lot of songs composed by Devi Sri Prasad was copied by other Composers. For example, 'Ringa Ringa' song was used in a Kannada film. He was surprised to know 'Bommarillu' songs were used in Sri Lanka.

On making debut as Hero, Devi states he was offered '100% Love' and several other projects in the past. He wishes to act if a suitable subject comes his way.
