Why Baahubali has been targeted?: Rajamouli

Update: 2017-04-14 08:02 GMT
Members of Karnataka-based Film Associations have launched protests against 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' demanding an open apology from Satyaraj for his comments on Cauvery water issue. They had even gave a call for boycott of the epic-action drama which is releasing on April 28th.

SS Rajamouli defended Satyaraj in this issue inspite of protesters pledging that release of 'Baahubali 2' willn't be allowed unless Kattappa conveys apology. 'It's really unfortunate. Satyaraj has made those comments 9 years ago and around 25 films acted by him have released since then. Why Baahubali alone has been targeted? Freedom of speech is a fundamental right. It's not fair if people aren't allowed to speak what they feel is right,' he opined.

The confusion over the release of 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' in Karnataka continues and huge money is at stake now. Protesters seems to be having a hidden agence. Main Target seems to be other language films which have been affecting the revenues of Kannada Films.
